A video I made about anxiety and feeling home with yourself.

A single mother, daughter, sister, friend and most of all human who is determined to live a life full of passion and purpose. Learning how to love myself is the journey I am on. My mission is to facilitate growth in people and businesses, by being a catalyst for change. I dive deep into processes to identify obstacles to growth, so they can be removed. I do this within myself first, because you can’t preach what you don’t practice. I hope I can inspire others by doing so. I like to talk about life and the challenges that come with it. But to be honest: I love living it even more! I write for my own healing and to create clarity, but the response f others have made it clear that it helps them too. And I think that is a beautiful thing. <3
